Admission Procedure

Obtain Prospectus & Admission Form

Prospectus and admission forms are available at the college office during working hours.

Fill Out & Submit Admission Form

Submit the completed admission form along with the following mandatory documents:

4x Passport-size Photographs
2 Attested Copies of Matric result card
2 Attested copies of intermediate result card only for BS classes
2Attested Copy of CNIC / Form-B
Character Certificate from Last Attended Institution
Health Profile Form (Compulsory)
Equivalence Certificate (if applicable)

Note: Submission of the Health Profile Form is mandatory. Admission forms without the Health Profile will not be accepted.
